Job Description:

Community Integrated Services, Inc. Program Coordinator

 CIS, Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team in support of adults with developmental disabilities in their home and the community. Some of the duties held by a Program Coordinator include: responsibility of the on-call cell phone, ability to work with a flexible schedule, supervision, support, and training as well as advocating for support staff, conducting 90-day and annual performance evaluations, submitting reports to DDA, development, review, and implementation of client goals and treatment plans, and leading monthly house team meetings. 

As an essential function of this position, the employee must be able to handle high levels of stress satisfactorily and be congenial with other employees, parents, supporting agencies and customers at all times.

Experience and Skills:

The successful candidate will exhibit experience in human services or experience working with individuals with disabilities/behavioral challenges or Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.  Must be highly organized, excellent written and speaking skills, flexible, service oriented, and professional. Solid computer skills with programs such as Word and Excel.   Demonstrated proficiency in the fundamental concepts, principals, practices related to working with behaviorally challenged individuals.
